We are a new tutoring service in Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, Iredell & Rowan counties. Seeking qualified, motivated tutors. In Goode Company tutors are creative individuals who contribute to a team environment. As an IGC Tutor, you will be trained to tutor students who speak English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or struggle with reading and/or mathematics. This is an exciting, fun and rewarding ground floor opportunity with room to advance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual Tutors (not required)
• Previous classroom experience is a plus (not required)
• Manage a Class Environment
• ESL & Non-ESL Teachers
• Can creatively approach each student as an individual
• Contributes to a fun learning environment for students
• Can work in a team

• Is proactive in planning
• Positive Attitude is a MUST
